Raspberry Juice Side Effects
Raspberry juice is safe to drink. There are no known raspberry juice side effects that come from drinking it. The only people who should not drink raspberry juice because of side effects are those who are allergic to raspberries or items that contain salicylate chemicals.
Signs of an allergic reaction include itchy mouth, wheezing, headache, hives, stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea. If an allergic reaction to raspberry juice is suspected, the individual should stop drinking the juice immediately. An antihistamine can be taken to stop the reaction if necessary. However, if conditions worsen, the person should seek medical attention because severe allergic reactions can lead to a loss of breathing and even death.
